I have completed over 20 tax research memos with topics as varied as analyzing the application of IRC § 351 to various funding transactions of a corporation to the multi-year, multi-jurisdictional tax implications to a Partnership and a Partner who gave up his green card and moved out of the country. Whether it be a very technical memo written to the permanent file of a corporation or a memo written in more understandable language for the average person, it is something I excel in and really enjoy doing.
